For servicing tools, please contact our customer service department or one of our distributors with a service workshop. Always enclose a fault description and your contact information when sending the defective tool. This will help us make the right diagnosis and decision about whether we need to contact you.

If the repair cost will exceed half the original price, we will contact you to talk about options.

Service warranty
Any service performed is covered by a three-month warranty.

Spare parts
Do you need spare parts? Do visit our Spare Parts Store where you can easily order parts or identify the item number of the parts. If you prefer a paper version, you can download this from our website under the respective tool.

Warranty

Josef Kihlberg warrants that the tools are free from defects upon delivery and 12 months thereafter, provided that the purchase was made from Josef Kihlberg or an authorised Josef Kihlberg distributor.

The warranty covers material and/or workmanship. Moving parts and wear parts such as pistons, driver units and feeder components are not included in the warranty if replacement is required due to wear, etc.

The warranty shall become void if the tool has been converted or modified in any way by a party other than Josef Kihlberg, including damage caused by accidents, improper installation or improper handling.

All deviations and events that can be related to the fact that the operating instructions have not been adhered to are also excluded from our warranty commitment.

Josef Kihlberg cannot be held financially responsible for customer losses, loss of financial savings, damages and other financial compensation.
